SYSTEM FOR CARD ACTIVITY-BASED MORTGAGE CREDITING

An electrical digital computer (7) and a data processing system (see Fig. 1), together with methods of making and employing the machine in the field of computerized aspects of card crediting to mortgages is described. A method of card activity-based residential expense crediting applied to aspects of mortgages is disclosed. The method includes the steps of associating card activity with an external residential expense and crediting an amount to the residential expense responsive to the card activity and generating output including the card activity-based and generating output the card activity-based residential expense crediting where some of the steps are carried out by computer.
