DEVICE FOR EXTRUDING SEMISOLID FOOD AND DEVICE FOR PUTTING UP SEMISOLID FOOD EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for extruding a semisolid food, without inviting that the device becomes large and enabling its quick movement. SOLUTION: This device for extruding the semisolid food is equipped with a container edge-restraining part 24 for preventing the leak of the semisolid food accompanying with the elevation of its inner pressure by restraining the edge part of an extruding container 8 in extruding the inside ice cream by compressing the extrusion container 8 loaded on a horizontal stage 22 from its upper direction with a pusher 21. The container edge-restraining part 24 is installed at a circumference of the extrusion container 8 and preferably at a position opposing to a container-loading part 22b so as to nip it. The above container edge-restraining part 24 is moved by a transporting mechanism containing a slider synchronously transferring with the extrusion movement of the pusher 21 and a projecting part 26 formed on it.
