PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily reflect the visit result about a debtor as data by sending image data corresponding to a specific debtor to an information processor and storing the received image data in relation to data on the debtor. SOLUTION: Text input is performed by an input means 17, a picture is taken by a camera means 19, or voice input is performed by actuating a voice input means, so that the text, image data, or voice data are recorded as data corresponding to a specified item. To store the data which are newly added or altered in a storage means 35 of the information processor, an update button is pressed. Once the update button is pressed, a communication connection with the information processor 30 is made and only the data which are newly added or updated are transmitted to the information processor 30. Thus, data regarding a selected debtor are temporarily stored in the portable information terminal device. |
