PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse a real image and to manage the changing process and quality of an object to be photographed by utilizing a management system for a real image by specifying the accurate viewpoint of the real image. SOLUTION: This system has a storing means 3 for extracting the characteristic parts of a building model, attaching attribute information to the characteristic parts, and for storing the attribute information attached to the characteristic parts and also has a processing means 2 for extracting the characteristic points of the real image, attaching attribute information to the characteristic points and specifying the viewpoint of the real image by applying the attribute information attached to the characteristic points to the characteristic points attached to the characteristic parts.
