PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an identifying and switching device of a video signal scanning system through the use of various kinds of multiple information as a digital signal by tuning/demodulating a received signal, separating coded voice video and various kinds of data encoded from a demodulated output multiplexed signal, decoding a coded voice and a video signal, and switching output selection by a video-processing output means. SOLUTION: A signal received by an antenna 1 is tuned and demodulated by a tuning and demodulating means 2. A correcting means 3 corrects the demodulated signal, and a multiplex separation means 5 separates and outputs a signal of a program to watch/listen. Separated coded voice data and coded video data are impressed to an MPEG decoder 16 decode coded data for reproducing a digital video signal and a digital voice signal prior to coding. The decoded digital video signal is sent to video encoders 141 to 143 through an OSD means 12 for adding character information and then outputted, based on the information of a scanning system detected by the decoder 11. |
