PURPOSE: A hula hoop containing a plurality of light emitting elements illuminated by an electrical power source inside tubular body of a hula hoop is provided. It gives visual pleasing to a user during play by illumination of the light emitting elements. CONSTITUTION: This light emitting device of a hula hoop comprises a plurality of luminous elements(112) disposed in a hollow tubular body(101) and a light emitting means for illuminating the light emitting element, wherein the light emitting means comprises a battery(111) mounted inside of the tubular body for supplying an electrical power source with the light emitting element and an electric wire(113).
