PURPOSE: A construction method for a synthetic resinous boundary block filled up with concrete is provided to prevent the transformation and breakdown of a case and to strengthen internal stress. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for a synthetic resinous boundary block filled up with concrete comprises the steps of: manufacturing a case(12) to have a space inward using synthetic resins; installing many reinforcing bars(14) to fix the case(12) on the boundary ground(10) of a footway, a roadway and a road ; placing the case(12) on the upper side of the reinforcing bar(14); binding the reinforcing bar(14) and the case(12) mutually by a wire(16) to fix the case(12) to the reinforcing bar(14); placing footing concrete(18) at the state of burying the lower end of the case(12) as well as the reinforcing bar(14) partially; filling up the space of the case(12) with concrete(20); and curing the concrete surface filled up in the case(12).
