SOLUTION: The cooperation securitization method for securitizing the properties that the cooperation possesses has a property value calculation stage S2 for calculating the value of a desired 1st property to be securitized among the possessed properties, a cash flow value calculation stage S3 for predicting and calculating the value of the cash flow that the 1st property produces, a property selection stage S4 for selecting a 2nd property that another property owner has as an object of proprietary right exchange with the 1st property according to the calculated value of the 1st property, and a securitization stage for securitizing the 1st property and the cash flow that the property produces.
