PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system for supporting the development of novel client by collecting the cases of failure and success with the development of novel client in a multilevel marketing plan, taking statistics of collected information while classifying it on the stage of approach to a novel client, invitation/induction stage for explaining business contents to the novel client and a contract performance stage for registering the client as a member agent, and providing information on the client to become the target of redevelopment and know-how information analyzing the cause of failure and the point of success generated on each of stages to the agent positioned in a low-order hierarchy to develop the novel client on the basis of the statistics. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a client development case registering means for the agent, which performs the multilevel marketing plan, to register the cases of failure and success concerning the development of the new client through a communication network to a database related to client development cases and a client development supporting means for providing the information of know-how, which is provided by the registration by the client development case registering means, for making a contract and information on the client as a redevelopment target through the communication to the agent positioned in the low-order hierarchy to develop the novel client in the multilevel marketing plan on the basis of the cases. |
