PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information which is individually useful to a member who uses an information recording card. SOLUTION: On the magnetic recording surface of the information recording card 1, attribute information on the age, sex, etc., of the member and communication destination information on the recipients of messages are previously recorded. A card processor 13 previously stores a message table containing the property information and messages in a storage part 25 while making them correspond to each other. When the information recording card 11 is inserted, a control part 29 reads the attribute information and communication destination information out through a card processing part 27. Then the control part 29 selects the message corresponding to the read property information out of the message table in the storage part 25 and passes it to a message transmission part 28 together with the communication destination information. The message transmission part 28 sends the passed message to the specific communication destination specified with the passed communication destination information through a communication terminal 1 and a network N. |
