PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket reserving issuing system requiring no delivery of a reserved ticket via manpower at the window of a station, and having high facility in issuing the reserved ticket. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 101 has the function to be connected to an Internet, and can be connected to the Internet 103 via a base station 102. While, a reservation center side reservation control device 104 is connected to the Internet 103. The reservation control device 104 has the function as a Web server for disclosing a reserving Web page, and accepting reservation of the reserved ticket on a Web, and has the function as a mail server for transmitting and receiving e-mail between the device 104 and the portable terminal 101. The reservation control device 104 has a database 105, and controls reservation information as the database. Automatic ticket vending machines 106a, 106b, etc., are arranged at ticket offices of respective stations, and these machines are connected to the reservation control device 104. |
