PURPOSE: An emulsification apparatus is provided to effectively perform emulsification operation, to make emulsion material being ultra-fine particles, and thus to stably supply emulsion. CONSTITUTION: The emulsification apparatus includes a housing(100) which has an inlet opening(103) and an outlet opening(104) and is formed with emulsion chamber(102), an agitating screw(210) for delivering emulsion material from the emulsion chamber to the outlet opening, a driving motor(220) for rotating the agitating screw, and a raw material dispersing device(300) dividing the emulsion chamber into a first chamber and second chamber so as to disperse the emulsion material introduced from the first chamber and to discharge the material into the second chamber. The dispersing device includes a driving disk(310) which rotates with the agitating screw and is formed with multiple square shaped projections(341,342), a driven disk(320) which is parallel with the driving disk and is formed with multiple square shaped projection, and a power transmitting device(330) for transmitting power from the driving disk to the driven disk so as to rotate the driven disk in opposite direction.
