PURPOSE: A clip is provided to improve safety of use with a simple structure by allowing the clip to be maintained in a fastened state when a lower clamp is maintained in a cross state even if an upper clamp is opened. CONSTITUTION: A clip includes an upper clamp and a lower clamp. When the upper clamp is opened, the lower clamp is compressed by means of a spring so that the lower clamp is maintained in a cross state. If the upper clamp returns to its initial position, the lower clamp is also returned to its initial position due to a circular movement of the clamp and bias force of the spring. The clip is equipped with a two-touch opening function in addition to a one-touch opening function. The clip is fabricated with a simple structure.
