PURPOSE: A generator using shock absorbers is provided to generate electricity without energy loss by using a dynamic force from low and upper arms moving vertically according to a state of a road surface, thereby reducing gasoline fuel. CONSTITUTION: A generator using shock absorbers includes U-type rack gears(39a,39b), two pinion gears(22a,22b), an one-directional bearing, and a rotary pulley. The U-type rack gears receive a dynamic force from wheels and a wheel axle according to a state of a road surface and include a gear thread inside. The pinion gears are coupled with both ends of the gear thread. The one-directional bearing is embedded inside the pinion gears to be rotated in left and right directions. A shaft is coupled with the center of the pinion gears. The rotary pulley is coupled with a spring(48) and includes a center which is coupled with a shaft of the pinion gear via a bearing. The generator generates power while being rotated by the spring.
