Combined protection system

The protection device (1A,1B) is applied to a protected structure (2) or integrated in the latter and has a layer construction with an inner inert or inert-dynamic protection zone (4). A front reactive protection zone (3) is supported by the inner protection zone and a pyrotechnic protection mechanism is situated on the side of the inner protection zone facing the protected structure.
