Disclosed is a multilayer sheet for thermal forming wherein a thermoplastic resin film layer, a decoration layer and a supporting base resin layer are arranged in this order. This multilayer sheet for thermal forming is characterized in that the supporting base resin layer comprises one or more linear low-density polyethylene layers. Also disclosed are a formed body obtained by thermal-forming such a multilayer sheet, and a method for producing such a formed body. Further disclosed are an injection molded body obtained by filling the supporting base resin layer side of the formed body with an injection resin, and a method for producing such an injection molded body.
