A coaxial cable is provided to improve the propagation velocity of the coaxial cable by lowering permittivity according to securing a plurality of air layers through an interlayer insulating layer and a hollow pipe. A coaxial cable includes an internal conductor(101), an interlayer adhesive layer(102), a hollow pipe(103), an intermediate insulating layer(105), an external conductor(104), and an external coating layer(106). The interlayer adhesive layer(102) covers the internal conductor(101). The hollow pipe(103) is contacted to the interlayer adhesive layer(102), proceeds along a length of the internal conductor(101), and is spirally wound. The intermediate insulating layer(105) surrounds the hollow pipe(103) and the interlayer adhesive layer(102) exposed by the hollow pipe(103). The external conductor(104) surrounds the intermediate insulating layer(105). The external coating layer(106) surrounds the external conductor(104).
