RUNNER PART STRUCTURE AT CRB UNIT

A runner unit structure of a cold runner block unit is provided to prevent the runner from being damaged by rubber injection solution by inserting a fastening unit into the surface around the runner, and to prevent leakage of the rubber injection solution by mounting sealing material on the runner. In a runner unit structure of a cold runner block unit which is a path for pressing and distributing rubber injection article injected through a nozzle inlet in a cavity of a mold, the runner unit structure includes: an upper plate(11a) forming the nozzle inlet; a lower plate(11b) forming a runner including a horizontal hole and a vertical hole connected in perpendicular to the horizontal hole, where the horizontal hole is communicated with the nozzle inlet; and a runner unit(10) including a fastening unit(17) combining the upper and lower plates with each other and jointed to perforated holes around the runner for enhancing strength of the runner.
