A manufacture and construction method for a valve room built with compound structure members is provided to resist against great bending stress strongly by forming cross-like hollows in panels of an upper structure, a lower structure, and a wall structure. A manufacture and construction method for a valve room built with compound structure members includes the steps of: manufacturing A and B panels(24,25), wherein the A panel has a T-shaped recess at one side, a T-shaped protrusion at the other side, and several cross-like hollows in the middle, and the B panel has T-shaped recesses at two sides and several cross-like hollows in the middle; manufacturing connection posts(6) having T-shaped protrusions at two faces, which are normal to each other, and a cross-like hollow at the center, and connecting wall structures with each other through the connection post; and attaching connection rods(7) having a cross-like section to the upper and lower structures to assemble the upper and lower structure to the wall structure. For manufacturing the panels, the connection post, and the connection rods, robbing fiber and mat fiber are impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin in an impregnating tub, and then pass through heating molding machines.
