PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a tilting mechanism of a tilting frame by a simple structure, and to enable the tilting frame to smoothly tilt (at generally constant velocity), in a vehicle carrier capable of tilting the tilting frame and moving a deck in a fore-and-aft direction by a single expanding/contracting cylinder. SOLUTION: In the vehicle carrier capable of tilting the tilting frame 3 and moving the deck 4 in the fore-and-aft direction by the single expanding/contracting cylinder 51, a tilting device 5 of the tilting frame 3 is composed of a guide rail 2 attached to a chassis frame 11, the expanding/contracting cylinder 51, and a roller 55 attached to a cylinder tube and moving along the guide rail 2.
