A forming apparatus of core lipstick which is dually molded is provided to save the manufacturing costs by performing successive production and minimizing a product failure rate. A forming apparatus of core lipstick comprises an upper mold(110), a mold core(120) molding the upper part of the core lipstick, a core pin(130) lifting the forming space, a top slider, a lower slider(150), a base stopper(160) preventing the separation of the lower slider, a core lipstick top forming unit containing a plurality of guide shafts(170), a lower forming mold(200), and a case holder(300).
