<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle interior material which has a coating with a soft feeling of touch, and with extremely enhanced wear resistance and vacuum moldability, and which is environment-friendly in consideration of the emission reduction of a volatile organic solvent (VOC), and to provide a coating composition for forming a primer layer adaptable for manufacturing the vehicle interior material. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle interior material comprised of a plastic type substrate sheet and a surface treatment layer installed at one surface of the substrate sheet via the primer layer, the primer layer is formed from a coating composition containing an electron beam or ultraviolet-curable type (photo-curable type) urethane resin (1), polyurethane gel particles (3) and an aqueous type crosslinking agent (4), and the surface treatment layer is formed from a coating composition containing a photo-curable type siloxane modified urethane resin (2), the polyurethane gel particles (3) and the aqueous type crosslinking agent (4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
