PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for restricting improper liquid discharge operation.SOLUTION: A first discharge control circuit 221 for controlling a discharge state of a liquid (Id) using a first discharge part 211 according to a first discharge state signal SG11 has a first state output part (241) for outputting first normal state information STg1 indicating that connection with a transmission circuit 250 is normal, to the transmission circuit 250. A second discharge control circuit 222 for controlling a discharge state of the liquid (Id) using a second discharge part 212 according to a second discharge state signal SG12 has a second state output part (242) for outputting second normal state information STg2 indicating that connection with the transmission circuit 250 is normal, to the transmission circuit 250. When at least either of the first normal state information STg1 and the second normal state information STg2 is not inputted, the transmission circuit 250 stops transmission of both of the first discharge state signal SG11 and the second discharge state signal SG12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
