PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a frequency offset by rapidly and accurately following the offset even in a payload section.SOLUTION: A sampling unit 11 delays a baseband signal to output sample levels D0 to D8. A subtraction unit 12 and absolute value obtaining unit 13 perform subtraction and absolute value obtaining processing on the sample levels D0 to D8, to output absolute values A0 to A6. A comparison unit 14 compares the absolute values A0 to A6 with preset first and second determination values, to output comparison results C0 to C6. A non-selection unit 60 and logic sum unit 15 select at least one comparison result value from the C0 to C6 according to non-selection signals B0 to B6. A differentiation circuit 16 generates a determination pulse signal to supply it to a threshold holding unit 18. The threshold holding unit 18 acquires an average value output from an average value calculation unit 17 to hold the average value as a determination threshold. The determination unit 19 compares the sample level D7 with the determination threshold held in the threshold holding unit 18 to output a result of the determination. |
