PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of (+)-1,4-dihydro-7-[(3S,4S)-3-methoxy-4-methylamino-1-pyrrolidinyl]-4-oxo-1-(2-thiazolyl)-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acid (SNS-595).SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of SNS-595 with a pure shape including a process of reacting a first aqueous basic with a compound represented by the following formula (3) to obtain (+)-1,4-dihydro-7-[(3S,4S)-3-methoxy-4-methylamino-1-pyrrolidinyl]-4-oxo-1-(2-thiazolyl)-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acid hydrate, a process of dehydrogenating the primary carboxylic hydrate, reacting the product material with aqueous basic and then neutralizing to obtain the secondary carboxylic acid hydrate and a process of dehydrating the secondary carboxylic acid hydrate.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
