摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem as found in the prior art EGR system that peeling or eddy flow occurs in a flow of EGR gas at an edge of an outer periphery of a throat part of an ejector when an EGR gas flow merges into an air flow of compressed air and pressure loss of the EGR gas flow is increased.SOLUTION: An ejector 4 used in an EGR system is arranged at a position where at least a part of an outer diameter gradually changing part 62 of a nozzle 9 can be seen from outside of a housing 7 through a feeding hole 10. With this arrangement as above, EGR gas fed from the feeding hole 10 into the housing 7 is fed into a pressure reducing chamber 8 without being struck against an outer wall of an equal outer diameter part 61 of the nozzle 9. At this time, the outer diameter gradually changing part 62 of the nozzle 9 guides the EGR gas fed from the feeding hole 10 and can mix the EGR gas with an air flow of compressed air supplied from an air compressor in an efficient manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
