PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video observing device which is capable of presenting a video which is more beautiful and more highly definite than that of a conventional device without increasing a display means at the time of displaying a two-dimensional video and which is capable of displaying the two-dimensional video and a three-dimensional video. SOLUTION: In a video observing device which has at least two display means 1L, 1R and which projects videos to be displayed on the display means to the left and right eyes 3L, 3R of an observer, this device is provided with an optical path changeover means changing over optical paths so as to project one side of the two videos which are to be displayed on the two display means 1L, 1R and in which a parallax is present to the left eye 3L and to project the other side to the right eye 3R at the time of displaying a three-dimensional video and to project the two videos which are to be displayed on the two display means 1L, 1R and in which a parallax is not present to the left eye 3L and also to project them to the right eye 3R at the time of displaying a two-dimensional video. |
