PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling precision and efficiency by fitting the outer diameter of a con'rod bolt on a big end side to a hole diameter at least partially by interface fit, and fitting the outer diameter of the con'rod bolt on a cap side to the hole by clearance fit. SOLUTION: The outer diameter of a con'rod bolt 23 is fitted to the bore of a con'rod bolt hole 32 by interface fit over the whole length K extending from the head root part 38 of the con'rod bolt 23 to the fitting surface 33 of a big end 22 and a cap 26 on the big end 22 side integrally formed with a con'rod body 18. The outer diameter of the con'rod bolt 23 is formed straightly extending from the big end 22 side to the cap 26 side, and the bore of the con'rod bolt hole 32 is set larger than the outer diameter of the con'rod bolt 23, extending from the position of the fitting surface 33 to the cap 26 side to form a clearance, and clearance fitted on the cap 26 side. Thus, the con'rod bolt is never fallen by the assembling and disassembling works, and the assembling precision and assembling efficiency can be improved. |
