PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute suitable duty control during single element control.SOLUTION: A boost control device (30) includes: current value variation detection means (310) for detecting a variation in a first predetermined period of an output current (IL) flowing into a reactor (L1) during single element control for driving only either one of a first switching element (Q1) and a second switching element (Q2); determination means (320) which, when the variation is less than a predetermined threshold, determines that the output current is near to zero; and control means (330) which, when the output current is not near to zero, performs first duty control based on a first control parameter, and when the output current is near to zero, performs second duty control based on a second control parameter different from the first control parameter. In the second duty control, a duty ratio corresponding to the output current is larger than that in the first duty control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16 |
