PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly estimate a disaster place by effectively using disaster information photographed by a cellular phone with a GPS camera.SOLUTION: Disaster information including an image of a disaster place photographed by a cellular phone with a GPS camera and a photographing place, contributed to a disaster information contribution site is acquired, points are attached to the acquired disaster information, the points are distributed to an original drawing for disaster estimation obtained by dividing a map of a prescribed region into meshes of a prescribed size, after that, the points of the disaster information distributed to the meshes are integrated, the disaster degree of a mesh is calculated, the calculated disaster degree is compared with a preset threshold to determine whether there is a disaster place in the mesh, a map for disaster estimation obtained by writing disaster situations in the original drawing for disaster estimation is also created, and the map for disaster estimation is sent to a disaster information disclosure site.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
