Freezer has a rapid-freezing unit and both are controlled automatically with respect to temp. The temp. dependent control apparatus incorporates two automatic control regions, of which one is adjusted to the storage temp. and the other is straddled w.rt. the former and controls the rapid freeze process on a temp-dependent basis. Pref. the control device utilises an electronically controlled thermostat. |
