MIXING AND DISTRIBUTING CONTAINER HAVING COVER CAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a discharging cap closing sealingly a port section from being opened if two kinds of content have not been mixed, and further perform a positive and safe mixing an discharging of the drinks at a specified rate of the two kinds of contents. SOLUTION: A first storing section M and a second storing section N having its lower opening communicated with the first storing section M are formed under a combination of a first container 1 and a second container 2. Its port is sealingly closed by a discharging cap 23. A lower opening part of the second storing section N is sealingly closed by a bottom member to be opened under a relative rotation of two members. A cover cap 35 covering the discharging cap 23 in such a way that it can not be opened is threadably engaged with one of the two members and at the same time it is assembled to the other member by an engaging means H in such a way that its idling rotation may not be carried out. If both contents have not been mixed by threaded fitting or removal of the cover cap 35, opening of the discharging cap 23 is disabled.
