PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electrical shock, fire and radio frequency noise caused by dielectric current from a high-voltage insulation cable to a shielded low- voltage insulation cable, by grounding the shield conductor of the low-voltage insulation cable, and using the shield conductor for the discharge of dielectric current to the ground from the high-voltage insulation cable. SOLUTION: A shield conductor of a coaxial cable 3 is connected to an appropriate point, for example, a building steel frame or an earth rod 6 embedded under the ground for grounding through an earth wire 5. One end of the earth wire 5 is screwed against the earth wire fitting part 4d of a distributor 4, the other end is connected to an earth rod 6, and the shield conductor of the coaxial cable 3 is grounded. It is thus possible to discharge dielectric current generated at the coaxial cable 3 from a power cable 2 to the ground immediately through the earth wire 5 and the earth rod 6 even if it occurs, thereby preventing electrical shock, fire, damage to an electric appliance, and radio frequency noise. |
