PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts delivery instructing method by which the time from ordering to delivery is shortened without impairing production efficiency, the number of stocks is reduced and storage space is reduced. SOLUTION: A processing by this parts delivery instructing method is executed once every day. Information of a cumulative sales number is inputted at every product concerning the unordered parts (S12) and production information of the respective parts is inputted (S14). Continuously, information of the sales numbers at every form is classified into groups (S16) and summing-up is executed (S18). When the total sum of the sales numbers is more than a production lot size, an excessive portion within the reference models of the form is carried forward as the unordered ones (S22), a quantity is clearly indicated at every product number and delivery indicating information only for the portion of the production lot size is generated (S24). Then, generated delivery indicating information is outputted to the factory of the parts (S26) and the processing concerning the form is ended (S28). A procedure after the step S20 is executed as against the whole forms so as to end the delivery indicating processing of the day. |
