<p>A brake lever for vehicles comprised of a first part (1), bent in the shape of a U, with a tubular prolongation to which there is adapted the operating handle (4), and in the inside of which part there is housed, with a certain clearance, a second part (2) to which the first part is hinged, both of which are functionally joined by means of a pawl (7) which acts selectively on a toothed section (8) of the second part (2) through which the assembly is fixed to the floor of the vehicle. Adjacent the point of connection (9) between both parts (1, 2) comprising the brake lever the second or inner part (2) formed by a flanged body has a by-pass bore (10), preferably circular, which constitutes the coupling zone for a complementary flexible stopper (11), made for example of rubber, both bases of which butt against the inner surfaces of the parallel legs of the U- shaped inner part, since the height of said stopper (11) is greater than the thickness of the part which receives it. This prevents the brake-lever from rattling when in the off position. <IMAGE></p> |
