Gas emission for atmospheric tracer propagation - involving injecting tracer radially into air flow, via fixed filter

A gas-sulphur hexafluoride emission device for feeding traces into the atmosphere is applicable to propagation investigations with tracers, measuring atmospheric loading with polycyclic aromatics, investigating spreading of contaminants, and meteorological measurements at ground level. It enables the high investigation costs of helium and tracer balloons to be reduced and enables the gas-air mixture to be placed at the required height above ground. The equipment is easily transported and convenient for use in all terrains. Air is sucked via a fixed filter and a regulated electrical radiator with a continuously regulated centrifugal ventilator and discharged vertically via a pressure chamber and discharge outlet. The tracer is injected radially into the air flow between the radiator and ventilator, possibly using pressure and fine pressure regulators. It is subsequently detected at defined distances.
