8-Azabicyclo (3.2.1) octane-3-methanamine derivatives (I) are new. 8-Azabicyclo (3.2.1) octane-3-methanamine derivatives of formula (I), in pure geometric isomeric form or as mixtures of such isomers, and their salts are new: R = H or 1-3C alkyl; V, Y = H, halo, 1-3C alkyl or 1-3C alkoxy; W, X = O or CH2 (but not both CH2); or W = O and X = CO; Z' = H2 or O; Q = direct bond or CH2.
