<p>PURPOSE:To avoid changes in a transmission line with changes in a transmission line speed between terminal devices by frequency-dividing a transmission and reception timing signal from a modulator-demodulator and synchronizing transmission/reception data of a terminal with the signal subjected to frequency division. CONSTITUTION:The transmission speed converter 3 is placed between the terminal 1 and the modulator-demodulator 2. A transmission timing signal ST' from the modulator-demodulator 2 is used in the speed converter 3 and a transmission data SD from the terminal device 1 is synchronized to output the result to the modulator-demodulator 2 as a sending data SD' to frequency-divide the sending timing signal ST' to output a sending timing signal to the terminal device 1. A reception signal RT' from the modulator-demodulator 2 is frequency- divided, and the frequency division signal synchronizes the reception data RD' from the modulator-demodulator 2, and the result is outputted to the terminal device as the reception data RD and the frequency division signal is fed to the terminal device 1 as a reception timing signal RT.</p> |
