PURPOSE:To suppress a current unbalance between drive transistor elements by connecting transistor modules in parallel in accordance with the size of a load. CONSTITUTION:The resistance value of a base current adjusting resistance 15 in the module 6 is adjusted whereby the current unbalance between the drive switching elements 13 in the module 6 can be suppressed. A current detection value feed back signal from a current detecting circuit 16 in each module and a current reference signal given to each module are compared and operated, thereby controlling automatically the output signal of each base drive unit 17. As a result, the current unbalance between modules can be suppressed. Thus the current unbalance between respective elements 13 can be suppressed below the permissible range of the rated current value of a device. |
