摘要 PURPOSE:To correct a positional error, by respectively calculating the moving quantities in the up-and-down direction of the different parts of a member, which allows a measuring main shaft to move in the up-and-down direction, in the main axial direction of said member and calculating the position of the leading end of a measuring probe from the difference between the moving quantities. CONSTITUTION:In the movement in the three-dimensional directions of the detection ends of the measuring probes 221-224, 22n mounted to a measuring main shaft 23, the moving quantity of a saddle in an X-axis direction is detected by a length measuring means 41. The moving quantity of a column in a Z-axis direction is detected by a length measuring means 42 and the moving quantity of a main shaft head 21 in a Y-axis direction is calculated from the length measuring means 43, 44. Because the positional error of the leading end of each measuring probe in the up-and-down direction generated by the inclination of the main shaft 23 horizontally supported in the up-and-down direction can be corrected by this method, highly accurate measurement can be performed.
