PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate requirement for time of fixing a stamped seal or vanishment of the seal due to rubbing by providing absence of a protective layer on seal impression part, thereby improving impression suitability. SOLUTION: The thermal recording sheet 1 comprises a thermosensitive color developing layer 3 and a protective layer 4 sequentially laminated on a sheet base 2. The layer 4 does not exist on a seal impression part 6. As a method for skiving the protective layer or the color developing layer, mechanical skiving by a cutter blade or the like is general, but the protective layer or the color developing layer is preferably partly sublimed or burned by emitting a laser, and removed. For example, it is easy to not only skive the protective layer and the developing layer uniformly in a short time by controlling emitting energy and emitting time but also to modify a surface of the developing layer or a surface of the sheet base to a certain degree by a carbonic acid gas laser emitting unit. |
