PURPOSE:To improve the water flowing preventive effect by arranging plural layers of water absorption swelling layers made by mixing a high water absorption resin powder substance and a low melting point adhesive resin powder substance between two sheets of base non-woven fabrics, and placing the base non-woven fabrics between the water absorption swelling layers. CONSTITUTION:As a base non-woven fabric 1, a mixture fiber web of a fiber web composed by a single semisynthetic fiber such as nylon and polyester, or by mixing plural kinds of such fibers, and 30% of 0.8<d>X38mm polyester is used, while as a resin binder, a 20g/m<2> base non-woven fabric with relatively close texture made by binding fibers with an acrylic binder is used. An acrylic acid salt copolymer as a high water absorption type resin powder substance 2 and an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer as a low melting point adhesive resin powder substance are mixed to form a mixture resin powder substance, which is spread evenly at 50g/m<2>, and water absorption lapping base material unit 4A with water absorption swelling layers 5 in which the mixture resin powder substance is sustained temporarily by heating in the surface of the said base non-woven fabric is formed. In such a way, the maintaining amount of the high water absorption resin can be increased, and the tensil force can be improved. |
