PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical laser device which illuminates the surroundings of a region to which laser treatment is applied. SOLUTION: This hand piece 30 for this medical laser device comprises an optical fiber 122 and a casing 40 which retains the optical fiber 122 in such a way that its tip part protrudes by a specified length. In addition, the hand piece 30 has a lamp 110 which illuminates the tip part of the optical fiber 122 and its periphery and an illuminating light emission part 182 is provided in a spot way back from the tip of the optical fiber 122. An operator can visually examine the illumination state of a laser beam and the laser surgical treatment with the help of the illuminating light, and also can perform the surgical treatment correctly and precisely with the medical laser device. |
