PURPOSE:To make amounts of half processed products fed sent from a raw material dough storing chamber and ejected from molds constant by detecting pressure and temperature of raw material in the storing chamber and controlling pressure and temperature. CONSTITUTION:In making raw material dough made into a semi-fluid state by kneading and blending into a half processed product, the raw material dough sent from a feed opening 3 to a hopper 1 is fed to a raw material storing chamber 5 below the hopper by a pair of sending rotors 4 in the hopper 1, pressurized, the raw material dough is fed under pressure to molds 11 of a drum 6 set at the bottom of the storing chamber 5 and molded articles are ejected by a piston when the molds 11 are rotated and reached to the lower part to give half processed products 10. A pressure sensor 20 is set in the vicinity of the bottom of the raw material dough storing chamber 5 and temperature of heating medium to be sent to a heating medium passageway in the interior of the sending rotors 4 is regulated or flow rate of the heating medium is controlled. |
