<p>PURPOSE: To shorten an overall length of a double band press facility and to reduce a facility cost and an operation cost by integrally combining a portion of steps before a pressing step in a step of fabricating laminates in the band press itself. CONSTITUTION: A base material paper web 6 is continuously drawn from a roll 5, passed through a resin coating unit 11, and coated with a resin. When the web is output from the unit 11, the web 6 coated with the resin is transferred onto a band return side zone 38 returned to a feeding zone 13, and conveyed from here to the zone 13 in a double band press 1. The web 6 is impregnated with the resin and dried on the zone 38. A decorative paper web 8 and a coated paper web 10 are continuously drawn from rolls 7, 9, guided to the zone 13 in the press 1, here the web 6 on the belt zone of a press band unit 14 of a lower side is superposed in an order corresponding to the laminated structure of the laminated decorative plate to be formed in one laminated structure 16.</p> |
