A treadle 1 for a loom of the type which is linked by connection members to shafts and healds for shed formation, and which is rotatably mounted about an essentially horizontal axis of rotation 2, common to all the treadles, at the rear part of the loom, where the treadle 1, between its axis of rotation 2 and its opposite end 1a intended to be operated by the feet, is provided with a draw arm 3 which is rotatably mounted on the treadle between its ends and which on one side 3b of its bearing point 4 has securing members 6 for the said connection members, while on the other side 3a of the bearing axis it is suspended freely in a part of the loom. <IMAGE> |
