<p>PURPOSE:To mass-produce the plastic tile with beautiful joint pattern at low cost by hot-pressing the joint sheet made of thermoplastic synthetic resin having been punched with multiholes onto the surface of the tile resin-texture having different color tone from that of the joint sheet in recessed state. CONSTITUTION:The vinyl chloride resin-sheet colored by dark gray is punched with a clicker die, and a joint sheet 1 is formed. The joint sheet 1 is superimposed on the upper texture-layer 21 of tile resin-texture 2, and while said sheet is heated at 150-160 deg.C and the protrusions 31, 31 of an embossing die 3 is caused to coincide with the joint sheet 1, it is hot pressed under the pressure of 30kg/cm<2> for fifteen minutes. The plastic tile having the joint pattern P in which the tiles are seen to be entirely arranged in a course-state is obtained, and the upper texture-layer 21 of the tile resin-texture 2 is exposed between the joint patterns P, thereby providing systimatic design.</p> |
