<p>PURPOSE:To well form a laminated sheet and to enhance productivity by heating polyethylene terephthalate by surface heating. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin sheets S being raw sheets are set to the supply rollers 21, 21 of a supply and feed apparatus 2 and fed out over a predetermined length by a guide roller 22 and a feed conveyor 23. Subsequently, a support part 62 is moved to close an adhesive part 3, a heating die 4 and a cooling die 5 and the synthetic resin sheets S are held from above and below. By this method, two synthetic sheets S are heated and bonded under pressure in the adhesive part 3 by a planar heating plate 31. After two synthetic resin sheets S are bonded in the adhesive part 3, the bonded sheets S are fed to the position of the heating die 4 to be heated to 150 - 180 deg.C by the heating die 4 and simultaneously subjected to vacuum molding to be molded into a predetermined shape and the crystallization of a CPE sheet is accelerated. Next, the molded part is fed to the next cooling die 5 to perform vacuum molding and this molded part is further cooled to complete molding.</p> |
