PURPOSE:To obtain the subject carrier, composed of a salt extract of an allantochorion and capable of exhibiting adhesion and proliferating effects of cells equal to or higher than those of a blood serum culture medium even in a serum-free culture medium. CONSTITUTION:The objective carrier is composed of a salt extract obtained by extracting an allantochorion produced on the outermost side of an embryonic part with a dilute salt solution of preferably at <0.5mol concentration in hatching a fertilized egg. |
