PURPOSE:To measure the magnetization distribution of a rotor with high accuracy by equipping one part of a rotor supporting means with a revolution detector, and constituting it so that the detection head of a magnetic density measuring device makes a step in the radial direction of this rotor each time the rotor rotates. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic density measuring device 50 is composed of a magnetism detection head 52, a lever-shaped flat probe 54, wherein a hole element is buried, and an output device, which outputs the magnetic density detected by this hole element. The magnetism detection head 52 shifts the probe 54 in the radial direction of a rotor 122, having a minute interval to the magnetizing face 122c of a the established rotor magnetic 122a supported by a shifting means 55. And in case of detecting the magnetization distribution of the rotor magnet 122a, the probe 54 of the magnetism detection head 52 set in a proper position shifts in the axial direction of the rotor 122 being rotated, by the rotation control of a stepping motor 72. |
